Coordinate & manage deliveries to trade customers; build strong relationships through sales & high service standards; customer facing role.

About the role:

Our Driver’s typical day isn’t just driving and delivering parts, they play a key role in our branch teams. Driver’s build strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in a customer facing role.

Duties include:

• Coordinate and manage deliveries
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Safe driving behaviours
• Deliver high level customer service
• Build strong customer bonds
• Safely deliver parts & products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
• Actively promote products & marketing activities when delivering products
• Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, customer enquiries

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving / machine operation.

Who we’re looking for:

• Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency
• Customer service mindset; can build strong customer relationships
• Friendly and knowledgeable
• Comfort working independently
• Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
• Conscious of workplace safety always
• Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices
• Hold a current/valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
• Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
• Available Mon - Fri and flexible to work other days if requested
