  • Act as a technical advisor in academic, clinical, forensic, government, public health, or R&D markets.

  • Oversee technical documentation, perform quality control reviews, and develop plans, elevations, and details from verbal and written instructions.

  • Direct project documentation in accordance with project‑specific checklists, Gensler standards, and QA/QC protocols.

  • Manage day‑to‑day client and project activities from initial planning through construction.

  • Lead relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, engineers, and specialty consultants.

Your Qualifications

  •  Licensed architect with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture and 10+ years of experience working with scientific teams.

  • Proficiency in Revit.

  • Proven leadership experience managing client expectations, multidisciplinary teams, and project scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Advanced knowledge of architectural planning and design, construction documentation, construction administration, and code compliance.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas in interviews and client presentations.
