En tant que Coordinateur/Coordinatrice RH, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec l'équipe des Ressources Humaines de la région européenne et assisterez le Partenaire Commercial en Ressources Humaines du bureau de Paris.

Ce Que Vous Ferez

  • Responsable de l'administration complète du cycle de vie des employés, de la lettre d'offre jusqu'aux lettres de départ, ainsi que de tous les changements en cours d'emploi, tels que les transferts, les modifications d'horaires de travail, les congés maternité, etc.
  • Coordonner le processus d'orientation des nouveaux employés, y compris la documentation, le dossier des avantages sociaux, les notifications internes, le calendrier d'orientation, l'animation des orientations du premier jour et servir de remplaçant pour les orientations.
  • Maintenir les bases de données RH, en veillant à ce que les mises à jour soient effectuées en temps opportun et en procédant à des nettoyages réguliers des données.
  • Gérer le lecteur partagé/système de classement RH
  • Répondre aux questions des employés sur tous les domaines des RH, en escaladant si nécessaire
  • Administrer les régimes d'avantages sociaux de l'entreprise et assister dans les processus de renouvellement annuels
  • Commander les cadeaux pour les employés liés aux dates d'anniversaire de service, aux nouvelles embauches, aux ré-embauches, aux événements de vie et aux maladies
  • Traiter et suivre les congés d'absence
  • Maintenir un système efficace de retour d'information des employés sur les formations dispensées
  • Développer et maintenir des rapports d'information de gestion RH, tels que les maladies, le turnover, etc.

Vos Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans une équipe RH dynamique
  • Fort engagement à fournir un service client exceptionnel
  • Grande capacité d'initiative et solides compétences en matière de jugement
  • Autonome avec de solides compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles, et excellent collaborateur
  • Bonne compréhension des données et capacité à les manipuler et à produire des rapports
  • Attention aux détails, calme sous pression et excellente capacité à prioriser
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement les systèmes, processus et procédures
  • Capacité à traiter de grands volumes d'informations sensibles et confidentielles de manière appropriée
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Suite essentielle. Workday un atout
  • Expérience en administration RH pour l'Espagne ou les Pays-Bas souhaitable
  • Expérience dans un environnement architectural ou créatif avantageuse
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise
  • Maîtrise de l'espagnol, du néerlandais ou de l'allemand un plus

Your Role

         

As a HR Coordinator, you will work closely with the European Regional Human Resources team and support the Human Resources Business Partner in the Paris office.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for whole lifecycle employee administration, from offer letter through to leavers letters and all ‘in employment’ changes i.e. transfers, changes in working hours, maternity etc.
  • Coordinate the new employee orientation process including paperwork, benefits packet, internal notifications, orientation schedule, delivering first day orientations and acting as orientation backup. 
  • Maintain HR Databases, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out regular data cleanses. 
  • Manage the HR shared drive/filing system
  • Respond to employee queries on all areas of HR, escalating where appropriate 
  • Administer the company’s benefits schemes and assist in the annual renewal processes 
  • Order employee gifts related to service anniversary dates, new hires, re-hires, life events and illnesses
  • Process and track leaves of absence
  • Maintain an effective system of employee feedback on training delivered 
  • Develop and maintain HR Management Information reports i.e. sickness, turnover etc 

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced HR team 
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service 
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Self-motivator with strong organisational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator
  • A good understanding of data and ability to manipulate and produce reports 
  • Attention to detail, calm under pressure and great ability to prioritise 
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to handle large volumes of sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential. Workday an advantage 
  • Experience in HR admin for Spain or the Netherlands desirable
  • Experience in an architectural or creative environment advantageous. 
  • Fluency in French and English required
  • Fluency in Spanish, Dutch or German a bonus
