Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways
- Sustain cleanliness of community amenities
- Freshen apartments as needed
- Report repair issues as necessary
- Assist maintenance staff
- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a clean criminal background and pre-employment drug testing.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
