We’re looking for a Workforce Scheduling Solution Manager to oversee the delivery of Project Flex, a 3-year initiative to modernize scheduling for hourly employees across all North American manufacturing plants (US, Canada, Mexico). This role acts as a critical conduit between business, Human Resources (HR), and Digital & Technology (D&T), ensuring the right people and processes are in place for a smooth, timely implementation. This is a new position, reporting to the Project Flex leadership team, with remote flexibility and moderate travel (~25%) to manufacturing sites as needed.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the oversight lead for scheduling software implementation, ensuring all waves of Project Flex meet success criteria.
Act as the bridge between HR, Supply Chain, and D&T, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
Ensure the right participants are involved in each discussion—technical, operational, or HR-related.
Seek to understand business pain points and opportunities and ensure these are translated into actionable, innovative solution recommendations and technical specifications
Maintain project health: track timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor deliverables.
Support knowledge transfer from the current consultant and ensure smooth operational support post-launch.
Build and maintain relationships across HR, supply chain, and D&T to foster adoption, consistency, and efficiency.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
Opportunity to shape a key digital transformation in workforce scheduling across all North American plants.
Collaborate with multiple business functions and a diverse, high-impact project team.
Play a pivotal role in improving employee flexibility and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HR or Workforce Management implementations, ideally with scheduling or time & attendance systems.
Strong project management and influencing skills—able to coordinate multiple stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
Experience with workforce management platforms.
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, including vendor partnerships.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in HR, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits and project meetings.
Preferred:
Master’s degree or PMP/SCRUM certification.
Prior experience in large-scale HR technology implementations.
Background in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain systems.
