Role Overview:


Join General Mills’ Supply Chain & ITQ organization as a D&T Analyst I supporting Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM). You will help enable digital transformation by managing product master data, supporting ecommerce, and ensuring accurate, high-quality product content across the digital shelf.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support RTL and MDM processes; engage with internal teams and ecommerce stakeholders.

  • Collect, groom, publish, validate, audit, and assure quality of product data.

  • Conduct acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.

  • Establish, monitor, and report KPIs around PIM and MDM processes.

  • Manage stakeholder communication in an international, multi-cultural environment.

  • Drive problem-solving, action-oriented execution, and continuous process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.

  • Working knowledge of PIM and MDM tools; experience with workflows and data quality/error resolution.

  • Business analysis or engineering skills; familiarity with data syndication.

  • FMCG industry experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Stibo or similar MDM platforms.

  • SQL, Cloud (GCP) knowledge.

  • Agile/SCRUM delivery experience.
