Responsibilities:
General Office Administrative
Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain filing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel and hotel arrangements.
Organize company events, meetings, and team activities.
Handling vouchers and office logistics.
Human Resources Administrative Support
Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
Support HR projects and initiatives, including training and engagement activities.
Prepare basic HR reports (e.g., attendance, headcount).
Other Duties
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in office administration; exposure to HR tasks is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin an advantage).
Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
