About the role
We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at General Mills Hong Kong Limited. As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic financial management of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business operations. This is a full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District.
What you'll be doing
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and profitability
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes
Provide financial expertise and guidance to business leaders
Lead and mentor junior members of the finance team
What we're looking for
Qualified accountant with 8+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and enhancing financial performance
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team
