POSITION SUMMARY

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintain and support Microsoft Active Directory, Local Area Network, Email System, file and print servers and Patch Management System; 
• Perform regular health checking and system resources monitoring to office IT equipment and shop IT infrastructure equipment. 
• Provide support to both offices and shops for all infrastructure related system and equipment. 
• Participate in the activities related to Infrastructure projects. 
• Carry out other duties as designated by supervisor. 
• Perform maintain and support for enterprise network and IT infrastructure to ensure no disruption to business and operations. 
• Perform maintenance for enterprise wide LAN / WAN networks. 
• Perform maintenance and support for IP phone, VC system, server room & datacenter facilities. 
• Provide end user training and company Service Desk Promotion. 
• Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to OS, hardware, software and network for offices and outlets in Hong Kong and overseas. 
• Experience to work on virtual team and functional reporting organization. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems preferred.  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing PC, Server, LAN and WAN support 
• Experienced in supporting retail shop infrastructure. 
• Solid support experience in managing Windows Server, Active directory, Exchange Online, Windows and Office 365. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Knowledge on ITIL V3.0 foundation, CCNA, MCSE will be advantage. 
• Capable to communicate or do presentation in English, Mandarin & Cantonese. 
• Excellent communication skill and experienced in supporting business executives and VIP. 
• Experience on AWS, AliYun and Microsoft Azure will be advantage. 
• Passion to learn new technologies to improve business productivity.
