Job Description:

GDIT seeks a Junior UI Developer to join our team, to provide dedicated support for the CCTE Division.

This position requires knowledge of both front-end web application development, and experience utilizing test cases scenarios. The role entails consistent interactions with clients at the EPA, on a large team, distributed across six locations in the U.S. The selected candidate must be capable of self-direction with assigned work tasks as well as comfortable and familiar with best practices in remote work.  This is an ideal opportunity for a entry level to mid-level developer.
 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • QA testing via test cases
  • Nuxt3 development, and coding primarily to support senior level staff and EPA Federal teams
  • Create documentation for projects, bug fixes, etc., received from clients
  • Communicate effectively to support customers and senior level developers to design, plan, and refine large scale projects
  • Experience with Vue.js/Nuxt and React/Next is preferred
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments that include standups, JIRA boards, 2 weeks sprints, etc.

The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
