For more information on General Atlantic, please visit: www.generalatlantic.com.</p></div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Position Summary</span></p> <p>We are seeking a Strategic Transformation Director to play an integral role in the execution of key finance transformation programs, supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects and helping to establish a culture of operational excellence. This role collaborates with senior leadership across multiple functions, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and realization of value from transformation initiatives.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Program Execution &amp; Delivery: Serve as a principal driver and coordinator for large-scale, cross-functional operational transformation initiatives, including enterprise data, workflow streamlining, and operating model design.
