As the Industrial Designer V, you will lead the creative design, pioneering innovative concepts that transcend industry norms and challenge conventional thinking the help move those ideas through to mass production. Your influence will extend beyond design; you'll shape our product portfolio, elevate our brand identity, and inspire innovation throughout the organization. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will pioneer new designs, mentor a group of likeminded designers, and lead brainstorming sessions that challenge the status quo. You'll craft design narratives that captivate, inspire, and spark revolutionary thinking, all grounded in the principles of design thinking. Major Responsibilities

Minimum Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.
Work Experience
- 10+ years of design experience

- Profound creative acumen and visionary thinking.
- Expert grasp of design principles, trends, and branding.
- Exceptional communication skills.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
