Geisinger, one of the premier tertiary medical systems on the east coast, serving the northeast and central Pennsylvania regions, is recruiting a BE/BC Reproductive Endocrinologist to join the team at Geisinger Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in Wilkes-Barre, PA.Job Duties:
- Experienced team of 2 physicians and 2 physician assistants
- Monday-Friday schedule; open to potential for 4-day work week
- Full scope practice including IVF and surgery
- Teaching opportunities available
Position Details:
$150,000 recruitment incentive for a 4-year commitment
Competitive straight salary model linked to quality and value versus productivity measures in addition to recruitment incentives
Excellent benefits package, including Malpractice & Tail coverage
A 5% employer contribution to 401(k) plan, 9% over certain wages
