Job Summary:

Assigns and coordinates all non-emergency transport and call center requests.

Job Duties:

  • Schedules, coordinates and assigns all non-emergency transport requests.
  • Greets and refers all visitors and customers to appropriate areas.
  • Consults with shift supervisor regarding availability of staff, vehicles, etc.
  • Maintains communication with department personnel by telephone and two-way radio.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the call log and check in of billing sheets.
