Our dealership is state-of-the-art, and we are always busy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term career with growth and development. The Service Concierge position is an entry-level service advisor assistant position. Working as our Service Concierge, you would be primarily providing top-notch customer service to our service clients and assisting the service advisors. The ideal candidate would have a strong customer service background with a strong work ethic.

Service Concierge Responsibilities
Greet and assist service customers with check-ins.
Staging vehicles in the service repair area.
Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
Assist the service advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and performing ancillary duties that come with service writing.
Other duties that may arise in the service department.

QualificationsService Concierge Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Driver’s License.
Prior Customer Service Experience.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

What you'll do
- The Service Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting service customers, staging vehicles, answering service calls, and assisting service advisors. Additional duties may include booking repair orders and performing ancillary tasks in the service department.
