Rental Coordinator Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle rental reservations and check-ins
- Maintain rental vehicle inventory, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness
- Support front-office administrative tasks, including rental agreements, documentation, and recordkeeping
- Assist service advisors with entry-level service tasks such as vehicle check-ins, inspection notes, and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle availability, rental terms, and service updates
- Help maintain an organized and efficient rental and service department environment
Rental Coordinator Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 depending on experience

Qualifications
Rental Coordinator Qualifications
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new software, systems, and dealership procedures
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
- Eager to grow within a dealership environment and learn entry-level service advising responsibilities
- Ability to handle cash, paperwork, and customer documentation accurately
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues across departments
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

What you'll do
