Part-Time Receptionist Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer and route incoming phone calls during evening hours.
Perform filing and light administrative tasks during daytime hours.
Provide general information to customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area.
Other duties that may arise to support dealership operations
Schedule: 2–3 days per week. Schedule to be determined; shifts will be from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the days worked.

Qualifications
Part-Time Receptionist Qualifications
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately
Basic computer skills, including data entry and filing
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

What you'll do
