About Our Shop
Our shop is equipped with all the necessary equipment needed to complete any job, including multiple tire machines, alignment racks, and other various state-of-the-art tools and machines. Each of our technicians has up to 2 bays (depending on billed hours), and we have the largest Mazda dealership, in sq/ft, to give you as much room as needed to complete the job. We also have a very clean Employee Locker Room and Employee Breakroom equipped with both a popcorn and ice cream machine.
Training Programs
For all technicians with satisfactory performance, we offer training to get you through your Mazda Certifications (Certified, Sr. Certified, Master Certified). This includes both online and in-person training. In-person training is paid training (8 hours paid/day). We will also reimburse ASE certifications upon completion.
Our service department is top-notch with a great work culture. Working as a Mazda Technician, your responsibilities would revolve around diagnosing and repairing our clients’ vehicles. The ideal candidate would have Mazda certifications with in-depth knowledge and know-how.
Ford/Mazda Technician Responsibilities
- Automotive diagnostics and inspections.
- Conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts.
- Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
- Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team.

Qualifications
Ford/Mazda Technician Qualifications
- 1-3 years of automotive repair/diagnostic experience.
- Ford/Mazda Certified is preferred but not required.
- Driver’s License.
- Personal Tools.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

What you'll do
- The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing clients' vehicles, including conducting inspections and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. They will also mentor and assist other technicians on the service team.
