We are actively hiring a Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our Service Team. Our Flat Rate Automotive Technician plays a significant role in our dealership by allowing us to offer world-class servicing to any vehicle they purchase from us. You would spend most of your time diagnosing issues with vehicles and repair work. The ideal candidate will be an individual with prior experience working on Subaru vehicles and could be a great role model to the less experienced technicians.
Flat Rate Automotive Technician Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose automotive problems as they arise.
- Conducting inspections, repairing engine failure, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts.
- Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
- Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team.

Qualifications
Flat Rate Automotive Technician Qualifications
- Master-level certification from Subaru or ASE.
- Must have Subaru experience if ASE Certified.
- Personal Tools.
- Driver’s License
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

What you'll do
- The Flat Rate Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing automotive problems and conducting repairs according to manufacturer specifications. This role also involves mentoring less experienced technicians on the Service Team.
