As a Car Sales Representative, your main objective will be customer service and assisting clients through the purchasing process. You don’t need experience in the automotive industry – any customer-orientated jobs translate over well! The ideal candidate is going to be ready to learn and willing to help!

Experienced Car Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Greet customers, help diagnose their needs and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle.
- Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates.
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
- Negotiate sales transactions.
- Attend training and sales meetings.
- Complete sales transaction paperwork.

Qualifications
Experienced Car Sales Representative Requirements
- 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience. (New car franchise is preferred but not required).
- In-depth knowledge of how to use and operate a CRM, preferably DriveCentric.
- Ability to source and chase down leads.
- MOPAR experience preferred.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.
In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. What you'll do
- As a Car Sales Representative, you will greet customers, diagnose their needs, and assist them through the purchasing process. You will also follow up with leads, negotiate sales transactions, and complete necessary paperwork.
