We are actively hiring a Delivery Specialist to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity for Subaru enthusiasts who want to work at a top-notch dealership in the automotive industry! Working as our Delivery Specialist, you would be performing duties such as scheduling delivery appointments, follow-up calls with customers, and general tasks around the office like bank runs, store runs, and more. The Delivery Specialist will need product knowledge and customer service. The ideal candidate would have phone etiquette and prior experience working at a Subaru dealership.

Delivery Specialist Job Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments for the deliveries.
Follow-up calls to Starlink Maintenance customers daily to schedule service for current customers.
Bank and store runs.
General data input.
Other tasks that may arise in the dealership.
Delivery Specialist Benefits and Compensation

QualificationsDelivery Specialist Qualifications
Extensive product knowledge of new model lines and full line certification.
Phone Etiquette and a bright personality.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen,

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.
In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
