Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen anhand technischer Zeichnungen (u. a. Siemens 840D)
- Arbeiten mit CAD-/CAM-Systemen sowie virtuellen Maschinen zur Vorbereitung der Bearbeitung
- Pflege, Dokumentation und Optimierung aller CNC-Programme und relevanten Unterlagen
- Erstellung von Arbeitspapieren inklusive Auswahl der benötigten Werkzeuge und Spannmittel
- Unterstützung in der Werkzeugvoreinstellung: Einrichten, Vermessen und Rücknahme von Werkzeugen/Spannmitteln
- Bedienung des Voreinstellgeräts und termingerechte Bereitstellung des Equipments für die Produktion
- Erfassen von Lagerabgängen in SAP sowie Verwaltung und Pflege von Betriebsmitteln und Werkzeugen

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen CNC-Umfeld wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Siemens 840D sowie sicherer Umgang mit CAD-/CAM-Programmen
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, hohe Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Gute MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2/C1)
