Nous recherchons, au sein de notre organisation Power Transmission, un Responsable optimisation des coûts produits (H/F) qui pilotera la stratégie de réduction de coûts (cost-out) pour les GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) à l’échelle mondiale.
Vos missions :
• Identifiez les opportunités de réduction de coûts tout en garantissant qualité, performance et standardisation.
• Coordonnez les initiatives cost-out dans plusieurs usines, en lien avec les équipes Achats, Ingénierie et Industrialisation.
• Assurez le suivi des plans d’actions, le benchmark entre sites et la construction de business cases solides.
• Êtes la référence centrale cost-out pour le périmètre GIS au sein de Power Transmission.
Profil :
• Au moins Bac+5 ingénieur idéalement conception électrique ou mécanique
. Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en environnement industriel : fabrication, optimisation des coûts, ou dans le domaine des achats, où vous avez eu un rôle de coordination dans un environnement international
• Une expérience dans la haute tension / transport d’énergie est un plus.
• Anglais courant exigé
• Mobilité pour des déplacements occasionnels à l’international.
• Leadership reconnu, très bonnes capacités de communication et d’influence dans un contexte multiculturel.

What you'll do
- The role involves leading the cost reduction strategy for Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) globally. Responsibilities include identifying cost reduction opportunities while ensuring quality and performance, coordinating initiatives across multiple factories, and being the central reference for cost-out within Power Transmission.
