Principais responsabilidades:
- Estruturar, planejar e executar as atividades de aquisição de peças, equipamentos, ferramentas, insumos e materiais diversos, bem como serviços, conforme as requisições de materiais;
- Analisar propostas e negociações com fornecedores, negociando preços, prazos e condições de pagamento e de entrega, seguindo as normas e procedimentos preestabelecidos a fim de atender às necessidades da empresa, garantindo a melhor relação custo, prazo e qualidade, bem como, elaboração e acompanhamento dos contratos de compra;
- Desenvolver novos fornecedores, que ofereçam alternativas de tecnologias, equipamentos e produtos, gerando inovação e sustentabilidade para o negócio.
Requisitos mandatórios:
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência na função;
- Inglês avançado;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;
- Conhecimento em SAP – módulo material management;
- Conhecimentos das rotinas e processos de compras, matemática financeira, legislação tributária e alfandegária, e de técnicas de negociação;
- Disponibilidade para residir em Campinas ou região.
Requisitos desejáveis:
- Conhecimento do mercado fornecedor de produtos consumidos pela empresa (painéis elétricos de média e baixa tensões).
