Roles and Responsibilities
Operational Support & Data Management
Generate quotes and service agreements using QuoteWerks
Enter and maintain agreements within the Siebel CRM platform
Support Customer Account Analysts with account and contract reviews, billing activities, and data management tasks
Create and manage online workflow processes to improve operational efficiency
Reporting & Analysis
Produce and analyze utilization reports for pooled service agreements
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support decision‑making
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Service Management, Account Managers, and Field Service Representatives to support customer and operational needs
Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Finance teams to resolve collections issues and ensure timely closure
Required Qualifications
College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
Desired Characteristics
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Self‑motivated and eager to learn multiple systems and processes
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong influencing skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams
Understanding of basic financial principles
Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer service
The annual base salary range for this position is $58,000 - $67,000
