Job Description

The Multi Service Business Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing GE Healthcare's service operations in China by analyzing complex business data, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to service operations, including but not limited to service delivery performance, customer feedback, inventory management, and financial metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within service data to pinpoint root causes of operational inefficiencies and potential service improvements.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor service performance and present actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Service Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
Support the development and implementation of new service programs, processes, and tools by providing data-driven recommendations and impact assessments.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the formulation of long-term service strategies based on market trends and business analytics.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support urgent business requests and problem-solving initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various reporting systems and platforms.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or service industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel (advanced), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with service operations, supply chain, or financial analysis concepts is highly desirable.
