As Intern - CRO Planning & Fulfillment you will work on Service programs to support customer communications, scheduling and parts flow coordination. Under supervision, you will help align customer priorities with shop execution, contribute to on-time delivery and turnaround time (TAT) targets and develop skills in demand planning, inventory and cross-functional collaboration

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Attend daily production control meetings (safety, quality, delivery and costs)

  • Keep up with constant communications with shop on material requirements related to inputs and part conditions

  • Join formal and informal customer touchpoints to capture and clarify requirements

  • Assist in monitoring processes from customer requirement through delivery to support TAT targets

  • Help transfering customer’s priorities to the shop

  • Track supplier deliveries and support expediting/escalation with the Sourcing/Logistics team

  • Analyze performance gap with Problem solving approach

  • Provide status reports as required and recovery plan

  • Help manage work stoppage and excusable delay with Program manager

  • Provide monthly KPI analysis

  • Assure consistency between production plan and need date, being accountable for material coverage

  • Learn how to release Requests for Order, PPO schedule and child orders according to production needs

  • Monitor material delivery and expedite deliveries whenever required

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering  

  • Good Knowledge of Office tools

  • Respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn

  • Quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed

  • Strong oral and written communication - must be able to deliver clear and concise messages

  • Fluent Italian and English

  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

  • Knowledge on material planning, master scheduling, and shop floor control

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Proven analytical and organizational ability

  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and resolve challenges simultaneously

  • Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing and operations environment
