  • Education: Qualified in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical apprenticeship/qualification)
  • Technical skills: Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and controls; familiarity with lasers, sensors, pneumatics, PLCs, and safety systems is a plus
  • Travel readiness: Willingness to travel frequently across Ireland and the EMEA region, sometimes on short notice
  • Work authorization: EU or UK work authorization that allows work in Ireland (or appropriate Irish work authorization)
  • Communication: Fluent in English; strong documentation and customer-facing communication skills
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the Cork area; clean driving record

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additive manufacturing, CNC/laser systems, vacuum systems, or industrial automation
  • Exposure to service CRMs, remote diagnostics tools, and digital service workflows
  • Knowledge of EHS standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO)

  • Work with cutting-edge technology in the additive manufacturing industry
  • A collaborative, inclusive environment with strong commitment to employee safety and wellbeing
