PROPOSITO:
Realizar labores de limpieza general y preliminado de alimentos, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria, contribuyendo al correcto funcionamiento del comedor y garantizando un ambiente limpio y seguro para la preparación de alimentos.
FUNCIONES:
Realizar la limpieza de todas las áreas del comedor, incluyendo cocina, utensilios, mesas y espacios comunes.
Ejecutar el preliminado de alimentos, asegurando que los ingredientes estén listos para su posterior preparación.
Seguir los protocolos establecidos en la manipulación de alimentos y productos de limpieza.
Reportar cualquier irregularidad en la infraestructura o equipos de cocina que pueda comprometer la higiene o seguridad.
Manejo adecuado y almacenamiento correcto de productos de limpieza.
Apoyar en la recolección y disposición adecuada de residuos, siguiendo las normas de reciclaje y desechos biológicos.
Colaborar en la organización y almacenamiento de insumos en la bodega según indicaciones del supervisor.
Apoyar en actividades operativas adicionales según necesidad del servicio
HABILIDADES:
Graduated professional in Electromechanics or Industrial Carnet de manipulación de alimentos vigente.
Escolaridad mínima: sexto grado aprobado.
Experiencia previa en limpieza y manejo de productos químicos es deseable.
Conocimiento de protocolos de higiene y seguridad industrial.
