What Youโ€™ll Do ๐Ÿท

  • Serve as Supervisor on Duty as needed, supporting smooth daily operations ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ

  • Delegate and monitor daily assignments for Guest Experience hosts ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ

  • Lead and motivate your team to be โ€œguest obsessedโ€ and deliver outstanding service ๐ŸŒŸ

  • Uphold all health and safety policies and ensure team compliance at all times ๐Ÿงผโš ๏ธ

  • Manage queues and guest flow in the safest and most fun way possible โฑ๏ธโžก๏ธ

  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns, partnering with other departments as needed ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

  • Maintain training documentation and ensure team members are fully prepared for their roles ๐Ÿ“‹

  • Empower hosts to handle guest recovery and create magical moments โœจ

  • Support training initiatives, audits, employee engagement, and special projects ๐ŸŽฏ 

  • Lead by example by stepping into host roles and modeling fun, teamwork, and exceptional service every shift ๐ŸŽ‰

What Weโ€™re Looking For ๐ŸŒŸ

  • ๐ŸŽ“ High school diploma or GED required

  • ๐Ÿท At least 6 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service preferred

  • ๐Ÿ˜Š A fun, outgoing personality with a passion for working with children and families

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • โšก Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

  • ๐Ÿ’ป Comfortable using technology and basic office software

  • ๐Ÿค A positive team player who is reliable, adaptable, and guest-focused
