Serve as Supervisor on Duty as needed, supporting smooth daily operations ๐๏ธ
Delegate and monitor daily assignments for Guest Experience hosts ๐๏ธ
Lead and motivate your team to be โguest obsessedโ and deliver outstanding service ๐
Uphold all health and safety policies and ensure team compliance at all times ๐งผโ ๏ธ
Manage queues and guest flow in the safest and most fun way possible โฑ๏ธโก๏ธ
Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns, partnering with other departments as needed ๐๐ ๏ธ
Maintain training documentation and ensure team members are fully prepared for their roles ๐
Empower hosts to handle guest recovery and create magical moments โจ
Support training initiatives, audits, employee engagement, and special projects ๐ฏ
Lead by example by stepping into host roles and modeling fun, teamwork, and exceptional service every shift ๐
๐ High school diploma or GED required
๐ท At least 6 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service preferred
๐ A fun, outgoing personality with a passion for working with children and families
๐ฌ Strong verbal and written communication skills
โก Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
๐ป Comfortable using technology and basic office software
๐ค A positive team player who is reliable, adaptable, and guest-focused
