- Fine dining experience and wine knowledge, preferred; one year of hospitality experience. Excellent customer service skills and a valid Florida driver's license.
Technical Requirements:
- willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- able to read, write and speak English.
- able to work independently.
- able to be on your feet for long periods of time.

What you'll do
