Training and Experience:   Previous hotel experience; 5-Diamond experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License required.  

Job Knowledge:  Working knowledge of common courtesy rules. Previous hotel/resort background preferred.

Job Summary:  Assist the Chief of Service or Bell Captain with the uniform bell service, escorting guests checking in and out, and providing service and other guests needs as requested.  Insuring the guests know where everything is located in the room and how it operates.

Physical Abilities:   Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, assisting guests; and be able to remove luggage from vehicles and carry 50 pounds upstairs to guest’s rooms.
