Position Summary:
The Accounting Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily accounting operations and guiding a team of accounting professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members, promoting professional growth, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Manage daily accounting operations, and process efficiency
• Monitor workload distribution and support cross-training to build flexibility and resilience within the team.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to provide financial insight and ensure alignment between operational and financial goals.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee engagement.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
• Serve as a mentor and resource to team members, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
