アカウントエグゼクティブは、ダイレクトセールスにより獲得した顧客契約の保持と、新製品やサービスの導入による契約の拡大の両方を担当するフィールドセールスを担います。

  • Cレベルのエグゼクティブと直接会話の場を設け、ガートナーのプロダクトとサービスによってもたらされる効果的な戦略を見出し実行します
  • アカウントマネジメントにより、顧客満足度を向上させ、顧客維持とアカウントの成長を促します
  • 月/四半期/年単位で売上/顧客獲得の予測を精査します

  • 顧客との密接な関係の構築し、顧客のビジネスに対する有益で分析力に富んだベストプラクティスを提供します

あなたに求める事

  • 学士号または修士号を取得しており、学校での様々な活動経験や優秀な成績をお持ちであること
  • エンタープライズ企業向けソリューションセールス/ハイタッチセールスで7年以上の経験、できればハイテク(特にITインテグレーションサービスおよびソフトウェア販売)での経験、セールスでの過去の優秀な実績をお持ちであること
  • 論理的思考力、洞察力、コミュニケーション能力を有し、四半期及び年度目標を達成することに対して明確な目標達成意欲を維持できること
  • ビジネスチャンスを逃さず戦略的顧客開拓計画を立案し、売上向上を図る新規顧客開拓ができること
  • 中規模および大規模組織内でCレベルおよびシニアレベルの関係を構築できること
  • 調査からクロージングまでの販売プロセスのライフサイクル全体に関する知識、経験を有すること
