To fulfill Gametime’s mission of uniting the world through shared experiences, we make it easy for people to discover and access the live experiences that matter most.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>With platforms on iOS, Android, mobile web and desktop supporting more than&nbsp;60,000&nbsp;events across the US and Canada, we are reimagining the event ticket industry in order to move at the speed of life.</div></div><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3> <p>As a <strong>Principal Product Designer</strong>, you will lead design for some of Gametime’s most impactful consumer experiences across onboarding, discovery, search, event exploration, and value deliberation.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, deeply understands customers, and can translate insight into both bold new concepts and incremental improvements that drive activation and conversion. You’ll work end-to-end—from defining problems to shipping and iterating solutions in production—while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Own and evolve core consumer journeys</strong> across onboarding, discovery, search, event exploration, and decision-making.</li> <li><strong>Deeply understand our customers</strong> through qualitative research, quantitative data, and behavioral insights.</li> <li><strong>Lead ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces</strong>, framing opportunities and defining experience direction from first principles.</li> <li><strong>Design high-quality UI and UX</strong>, from early concepts and prototypes to polished, production-ready designs.</li> <li><strong>Concept and validate new value propositions</strong> that help users more easily discover, evaluate, and choose events.</li> <li><strong>Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data</strong> to bring ideas to life and ensure high-quality execution.</li> <li><strong>Contribute to AI-enabled experiences</strong>—such as personalization, smarter discovery, or decision support—by shaping interaction models, user flows, and trust-building patterns, and by helping ship these features in production.</li> <li><strong>Drive activation and conversion outcomes</strong> through experimentation, iteration, and close collaboration with growth and analytics partners.</li> <li><strong>Use metrics and learning loops</strong> to evaluate impact and continuously improve the consumer experience.</li> <li><strong>Raise the bar for craft and product thinking</strong>, influencing design quality beyond your immediate projects.</li> <li><strong>Mentor and support other designers</strong>, contributing to a strong, thoughtful design culture.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of product design experience, with meaningful ownership of consumer-facing products.</li> <li>Proven success designing for <strong>activation, conversion, and complex decision-making flows</strong>.</li> <li>Strong end-to-end design skills: research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and systems thinking.</li> <li>Experience <strong>shipping and iterating on data- or AI-informed product features in production</strong>, not just concept work.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data partners on technically complex products.</li> <li>Strong product judgment—balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.</li> <li>Comfort working with experimentation, metrics, and iterative delivery.</li> <li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>At Gametime pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.
