We are currently seeking a hospitality minded full-time Billing Specialist.
Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care and service to our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties
Essential Job Duties:
- Compiles and inputs data into the computer for Resident billing.
- Performs Insurance verifications as necessary.
- Compiles and Inputs data into the computer for assigned areas of billing.
- Follows up on all account receivables to insure aging accounts are collected.
- Sets up new payor sources as necessary.
- Runs necessary reports. Maintains backup and support documents.
- Maintains ledgers and storage binders in an orderly fashion.
- Posts payments to the receivable.
- Files paperwork.
- Assists Accounting Supervisor & Director with accounting duties, as assigned.

What you'll do
- The Accounting Billing Specialist compiles and inputs data for resident billing and performs insurance verifications. They follow up on account receivables and assist the Accounting Supervisor and Director with various accounting duties.
