We are excited to announce a new vacancy within our Nominal Insurer (NSW Workers Compensation) function, joining a team of technical experts who provide support to our dedicated Claims teams. This is a unique opportunity to further develop your career, and lend your experience to build and grow the technical expertise as we continue to grow in the current market.

• Advise and provide technical support in the calculation and determination of wage and compensation decisions;
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, regulatory bodies etc around case management strategy and litigation matters;
• Coach and mentor case management personnel, and collaborate with our broader Technical and Specialist Support functions;
• Participate in key business projects and initiatives.

• Minimum 1 year experience in technical or case management roles within a workers compensation claims environment, with demonstrated experience in the calculation of wages or PIAWE;
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation;
• A strategic mindset and approach to work;
• A strong sense of team and collaboration;
• A resilient attitude.
