- Collaborating with senior leaders to implement and deliver the regional strategy effectively.
- Monitoring performance against plans, addressing challenges, and seeking customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Creating and sustaining a Sales and Marketing culture that drives profitable growth, including adherence to sales processes, lead generation, and cross-selling opportunities.

About You
Here's what you'll bring to the role:
- A degree-level education or equivalent (desired) and advanced ACII qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes, including legal principles and practices related to risk.
- Familiarity with FCA regulations and a sound understanding of commercial or personal insurance lines.
- Proven experience in people development and management.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on commerciality and risk awareness.
- The ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive for growth.
- High self-awareness and self-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience working in a global, matrix-managed organisation with integrity and confidentiality.
