Overview

At Gallagher, we’re united by a commitment to growth and excellence. As an International Benefits Analyst, you’ll support client projects focused on multinational employee benefits. You’ll work on areas like health and welfare plans, retirement plans, global medical coverage, and expatriate issues. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys research, analysis, and creating solutions that make a real difference.


How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll dive into research and analysis to help clients navigate complex international benefits. You’ll prepare recommendations, create reports, and draft presentations that guide decision-making. Your work will include designing benefits packages, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements, and responding to HR-related questions. You’ll collaborate with team members to deliver solutions and improve processes. Every day, you’ll help shape benefits programs that support employees worldwide.


About You

A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in an analytical role or international benefits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of database systems.

Strong research skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Experience in business, accounting, finance, or human resources is a plus.

Specialized knowledge in global regions like EMEA, Asia/Pacific, or Latin America is preferred.

Fluency in foreign languages and client account management experience are desirable.

You’re detail-oriented, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.


Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
