Whilst we welcome interest from experienced insurance professionals, no prior insurance experience is required as full training will be provided. What matters most is your enthusiasm, motivation, and commitment to developing a career in the insurance industry.

With the above in mind, the role will involve:

• Handling all claim enquiries from First Notification to Settlement via telephone and email.
• Responding to insurance-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting with the placement of cover.
• Building and maintaining your knowledge of the market, insurance practices, legislation, and other technical areas.
• Managing claims efficiently and ensuring the system is updated with all relevant information.
• Balancing your workload to provide prompt and expert service to the client.
• Ensuring claims statistics are accurate and produced in line with contracted service level agreements.
