Platinum Worksite Benefits has an exciting career opportunity for an Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator is a personable, professional individual who will provide administrative support and services to the Account Representatives and Benefit Consultants.


How you'll make an impact

  • Provide administrative support to the Account Representatives, including but not limited to scanning, reconciling reports, and updating files.
  • Process applications from Benefit Counselors.
  • Reconcile reports received from insurance carriers.
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

 

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $38,000 to $40,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location


About You

Required: High school diploma and 2 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the employee benefits or insurance industry is preferred.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and stay organized.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
