Supervisor de Contact Center

Turno Vespertino: lunes a sábado 2:30 pm a 9 pm

Requisitos:

-Licenciatura concluida o trunca

-Experiencia en Contac center, call center, etc.

-Paquetería office (Excel)

Funciones:

-Manejo de CRM

-Asignación de folios

-Apoyo al equipo en cierre de ventas

-Generar estrategias innovadoras para el cumplimiento de metas
