Bras droit du Directeur Commercial, vous pilotez les résultats commerciaux de vos écoles. Vous animez et accompagnez vos équipes pour atteindre – et dépasser – leurs objectifs. Vous êtes garant du respect des process et de l’excellence dans l’utilisation de nos outils CRM et reporting, en lien étroit avec la direction Performance commerciale et les équipes marketing centrales.

🚀 Vos missions

  • DĂ©finir les objectifs commerciaux individuels et collectifs en lien avec ceux des Ă©coles.

  • Animer le quotidien de vos Ă©quipes : points rĂ©guliers, suivi des KPIs, challenges mensuels.

  • Garantir la bonne application des process commerciaux clĂ©s (CRM, argumentaires, reporting).

  • Collaborer avec le marketing et le digital pour maximiser la performance des campagnes.

  • Recruter, former et faire monter en compĂ©tences vos collaborateurs (coaching, suivi de la posture commerciale, techniques de vente).

  • Suivre et analyser les performances individuelles : productivitĂ©, qualitĂ© de discours, atteinte des objectifs.

  • Valoriser et partager les best practices au sein du rĂ©seau commercial.

  • Construire et piloter des plans d’actions pour accompagner les collaborateurs en difficultĂ©.

  • Excellente maĂ®trise des techniques de vente et de la posture commerciale.

  • Connaissance des outils CRM et de reporting (dashboards, cubes, tĂ©lĂ©phonie).

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  dĂ©finir des objectifs, suivre des KPIs et piloter la performance.

  • Aisance relationnelle et leadership terrain.

  • Anglais courant (cible internationale).
