L’école Elije de Droit et d’Intelligence Juridique, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine du Droit Social, un.e juriste en droit social et relations sociales en alternance.
Missions :
Rattaché(e) à la direction des ressources humaines, vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Conseiller les différents acteurs de la Direction des Ressources Humaines dans les différentes matières du droit social,
- Aider à la rédaction et au suivi des accords,
- Participer au suivi des contentieux,
- Apporter un soutien juridique aux dossiers précontentieux,
- Effectuer des recherches juridiques et une veille juridique.
Profil :
Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un BAC + 4 en droit social, droit du travail, spécialisé ressources humaines.

What you'll do
- The role involves advising the Human Resources department on various aspects of social law, assisting in drafting and monitoring agreements, and providing legal support for pre-litigation cases. Additionally, the candidate will conduct legal research and maintain legal monitoring.
