About this role
ESG, spécialiste de la formation depuis plus de 35 ans, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine d’un Mastère Commerce et Marketing, un commercial H/F en contrat d’alternance.
Missions :
En collaboration avec le directeur commercial, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Développer un portefeuille client sur zone géographique définie
Fidéliser les clients via une relation de confiance durable et un accompagnement qualitatif
Négocier avec les clients et développer leur panier moyen, créer des besoins
Prospection et recherche de nouveaux clients
Création de canaux de prospection et de nouvelles cibles clients
Suivi et gestion de projets
Suivi et envoi des livraisons de commandes
Report régulier de l’activité auprès du responsable commercial et du CRM
Profil :
Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un BAC+3 vous souhaitez poursuivre dans le domaine du commerce.

Maitrise outil informatique (pack office)
Aisance téléphonique
Identification des besoins et attentes
Communication clair, confiante écrit et oral
Idéalement connaissances dans les métiers de la communication et du marketing
