Job summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

  • Prepare and share interview materials, agendas, and candidate information

  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and generate basic recruitment reports

  • Support offer processes, including document preparation and background checks

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and follow-ups

  • Support onboarding activities in partnership with HR and People Operations

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

  • Exérience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Workday

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience supporting high-volume or regional hiring is a plus
