The role requires working collaboratively with the senior leadership team across Gainwell—you will support state procurement with industry-leading technology and business solutions in the health and human service market. 

 

This fast-paced role is part of our growing Data & Analytics team and involves extensive interaction with product, engineering, sales, and delivery teams, as well as client personnel.  

 

Gainwell provides solutions in the following areas. (Representative products included.) 

 

  • Medicaid Management: Claims, Encounters, Financials; Provider, Managed Care, Value-Based Care 
  • Human Services and Public Health: Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment, Immunization, WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), Early Intervention, Federal and State Exchange/Retiree Solutions,  
  • Pharmacy Solutions: Point-of-Sale Claims, Preferred Drug List Management, Drug Utilization Review 
  • Systems Integration and Interoperability: SI Platform, FHIR, EDI Interoperability 
  • Analytics: Enterprise Data Warehouse, Program Insights and Dashboards (NASPO, HEDIS), Benchmarking 
  • Cost Containment: Coordination of Benefits, Payment Integrity 
  • Care Quality: Care Management (including Utilization Management), Fraud Capture, Behavioral Health Solutions 

Your role in our mission

  • Become a respected subject matter expert in one of Gainwell’s key solutions areas. Perform demonstrations and discuss product strategy and roadmaps in the context of market, technology and regulatory trends. 
  • Interface with business developers, account managers, competency managers, and executive management throughout all phases of solution development 
  • Drive and coordinate a clear articulation of client requirements, as well as appropriate dependencies 
  • Participate in solution selling activities to ensure that marketing plans align with sales and launch plans, including contributing to actual content development for specific client responses 
  • Drive client-specific solution architecture, solution development, and communication in a complex IT environment of Gainwell and non-Gainwell technologies. 

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or related field preferred 

  • Nine or more years of business solutions experience, in one of Gainwell’s Solution Areas listed earlier. 

  • Creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management, communication, and organization skills to balance and prioritize work 

  • Strong Medicaid and/or Public Sector experience

The pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
