Summary

As a Senior Professional Business Analyst - Organizational Change Management (OCM) at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare’s biggest challenges. Here are the details on this position.

The Senior Professional Business Analyst (OCM) plays a critical role in supporting enterprise change initiatives across complex healthcare programs. This role partners closely with PMO leadership, project managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and sustained change across systems and processes.

This position is not a traditional requirements-focused BA role. Instead, it operates as a senior, change-focused partner, providing hands-on organizational change management expertise across high-visibility, regulated healthcare initiatives. The role supports multiple projects across the account PMO and serves as a key advisor in aligning people, process, and technology changes.

Your role in our mission

  • Lead and execute organizational change management activities across complex healthcare initiatives and projects, ensuring readiness, adoption, and sustained outcomes.
  • Partner with project managers and PMO leadership to integrate OCM activities into delivery plans, milestones, and governance.
  • Conduct stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations for enterprise-level change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute OCM deliverables, including communication strategies, training approaches, change impact analyses, and adoption metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder forums to drive alignment, address resistance, and build confidence in change initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted, client-facing partner, helping to navigate sensitive, high-visibility change environments with professionalism and credibility.
  • Track and report on change effectiveness metrics, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and address adoption gaps.
  • Support coordination across multiple teams, vendors, and functional groups to ensure consistent messaging and change execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of OCM tools, templates, and best practices across the PMO.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on organizational change management experience, supporting large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience supporting complex healthcare programs or systems (e.g., Medicaid, MMIS, payer systems, EDI, claims, or other regulated healthcare environments).
  • Active Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Strong understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and change adoption principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in highly technical environments and bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with comfort operating in client-facing, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and project managers to drive adoption and alignment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or multi-workstream change initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on people-centric outcomes.
  • Experience working in public sector or highly regulated environments.
  • Background working within PMO-led delivery models.

Role Characteristics

  • Senior-level, consultative role operating across the PMO.
  • Strong emphasis on leadership presence, influence, and trust-building.
  • Focused on change leadership and adoption, not traditional BA requirements documentation.
  • High visibility with both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, a proactive thought leader.

What you should expect in this role

  • Fully remote options from most US locations and territories
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
  • The deadline to submit applications for this posting is January 29, 2026
