Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Professional, Data Analyst who functions as the liaison between the developer, product manager, B2B/EDI and internal/external clients. Will be responsible for monitoring intake of source data files, ensuring delivery to Enterprise Repositories, along with content evaluations.

Your role in our mission

  • Ensure that source files are received and processed. Maintain the source data schedule.
  • Research source data issues and trigger the resolution action.
  • Complete all reporting and data load functions for assigned systems.
  • Ensures Loads meet client requirements through detailed review and analysis.
  • Communicates with clients, developers, and other team members.
  • Tests development efforts and assists clients in user acceptance testing.
  • Creates and maintains a project plan, documents meeting notes and distributes to team.
  • Provides regular status reports to clients, developers, and management as needed.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior Analysts on the team as needed.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of Experience in US Healthcare Business Analyst position experience.
  • 4+ more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred. Strong US healthcare domain knowledge is required good experience in Claims, Member, Provider.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with TSO, File-Aid, and reviewing Flat files.
  • Ability to identify Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for issues.

  • Fully Remote Opportunity – Work from anywhere in the U.S. 
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
