Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support our HR team on a short-term, in-person project based in our Chelsea, NY office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, working behind the scenes, and rolling up their sleeves to help bring structure to HR processes.
Responsibilities
– Conduct employee file audits to ensure records are accurate, complete, and properly organized
– Assist with ad hoc HR organization projects and administrative clean-up
– Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
– Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
– Comfortable working through repetitive or process-driven tasks
– Proactive, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed
– Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
– Ability to work in person in our Chelsea, NY office

This is a temporary, project-based role.
Schedule
Schedule offers flexibility, with the project length determined by the hours committed and overall project needs.
Compensation
Hourly rate of $25/hour
